CANADA POST STRIKE
Update (19 Dec 24): As of 15 November 2024, Canada Post workers were on strike. While Canada Post works to clear the backlog, shipments to PO Boxes and remote areas will be delayed. We rely on a network of different shipping companies, and will work to get you your order as quickly as possible.
For Canadian customers and customers using PO boxes, unfortunately, there are no carriers offering services to these locations. Customers that input these addresses will still have their orders fulfilled, but there are no guarantees or estimates as to when you will receive your order.
ORDER PROCESSING
It usually takes us 24-48 hours to process your order. During busier times, orders may take up to 72 hours to process. You will receive an email when your order is on the way!
Please square crop your photos before uploading. Square cropping can be done in the photo album or in a photo editing software. Photos that are not square cropped will require proofs to be approved by the customer.
Proofs are sent via email and must be approved within 7 days. If proofs are not approved within 7 days, your order will be refunded.
SHIPPING
We ship with Canada Post, USPS, PostNL, APC, UPS, UniUni, FleetOptics, ICS. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
Canada
- Untracked Lettermail - 2-5 business days
- Expedited Parcel - 2-5 business days (but can take up to 11 business days)
USA
- USPS Ground Advantage - 3-5 business days
United Kingdom
- PostNL International Tracked Packet - 5-9 business days
- APC Priority Worldwide Tracked - 5-9 business days
Australia
- PostNL International Packet Tracked - 7-11 business days
- APC Priority Worldwide Tracked - 11-15 business days
Please contact us for a quote before you place your order if you would like to ship from a location outside Canada, USA, United Kingdom, or Australia.
Shipping times will be extended for remote areas.
Once your order is shipped, we rely on our partners to get your order to you quickly. Unfortunately, sometimes your order may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control. If your order has not arrived 7 days after its expected arrival window, please contact us.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled up until the time your order is being made. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
REFUNDS
Due to the customized nature of each order, only damaged, defective, or incorrect orders can be refunded or replaced. Please send an email to hello@snapphotomagnets.ca and include your order number within 30 days of delivery.
RETURNS
If your application for a return has been accepted, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) form. Please include the RA form in the package. Returns without the RA form will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
